This calendar is yours to use as you like. Click any empty space to put something in it, whether a customer, a delivery, or a dentist appointment. Only what you set under Hours and Services decides what the public page offers.

Categories

Group your services so customers pick the kind of appointment first — Salon, Nails, Office visit, Mechanic shop, or anything you make up. A category can have subcategories inside it (Salon › Hairstyle, Salon › Nails). Entirely optional: leave this empty and customers see one simple list, as before.

Who takes appointments

Adding people is optional — one is fine. Add more and customers get to choose who they book with, each with their own days and hours (set those in Hours & days off). Once you have categories, tick which ones each person works in.

The first name here is the business name to start with. If customers will see it, rename it to the person who does the work.

Untick a day to close it. The lunch gap blocks that stretch of the day so nobody can book it.

Block a single day, a run of days, or just part of a day. Nothing can be booked in a blocked stretch.

Business details

PayPal deposits

Paste your PayPal Live Client ID to require a deposit before a booking is confirmed. Set the deposit amount per service under Services — leave a service's deposit blank and it won't ask for one. Get your Client ID at developer.paypal.com → Apps & Credentials → Live → Create App.
