    When this device is online, the POS tells ANJ its installation code, your business name and the app version, so a licence can be sent to you without typing a key. Your items, sales and customers are never sent.

    My Business POS System — ANJ Digital Technology Services

    1. Your data stays on your device

    This app stores everything — your items, sales, settings, and photos — only in the browser on your own device. We have no server behind this app and no access to your information: we never receive, see, or store your business data. The optional "Find Photo Online" feature sends only the item name you typed to Wikipedia's public image service; update checks carry no business data at all.

    2. Backups are your responsibility

    Because your data lives only on your device, it can be lost if the device is lost, damaged, reset, or if the browser's stored data is cleared. Use the Download Backup button in Settings regularly and keep the file somewhere safe. We are not responsible for any loss of data, inventory records, sales history, or settings, however it happens.

    3. No warranty

    The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. You are responsible for checking your own totals, reports, cash counts, and tax figures.

    4. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, ANJ Digital Technology Services is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this app — including lost data, lost inventory, lost profits, lost sales, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

    5. Trial and activation keys

    The app includes a 30-day free trial, after which an activation key is required. Keys are valid for the period purchased and, where machine-locked, only on the device they were issued for. Keys are not transferable.

    6. Your business, your compliance

    You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business, including tax and record-keeping requirements.

    7. Changes

    These terms may be updated with new versions of the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
